Perfecting points of contact with your customers
Friday, December 14th, 2007I received my second iPod yesterday. Apple makes sure that every point of contact with their customer is seamless. This got me thinking. A lot of websites I see will have a great front page, fantastic design, or amazing article. But when I try to buy a couch, download a sample, watch a trailer, it all falls to pieces. So my advice for today, create a simple seamless experience for your customer. They’ll be much happier to miss the Google Map you built when everything works the way it’s supposed to.
