Perfecting points of contact with your customers
I received my second iPod yesterday. Apple makes sure that every point of contact with their customer is seamless. This got me thinking. A lot of websites I see will have a great front page, fantastic design, or amazing article. But when I try to buy a couch, download a sample, watch a trailer, it all falls to pieces. So my advice for today, create a simple seamless experience for your customer. They’ll be much happier to miss the Google Map you built when everything works the way it’s supposed to.
